As you drive up the driveway lined with 100-year poplars you’ll find the property has all the modern conveniences, a well-appointed kitchen including usual necessities including oven, stove-top, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, Nespresso coffee pod machine, kettle & toaster.
The bathroom not only features a beautiful stone bath for you to soak your worries away, but also comprises a rain shower, heated towel rail and floor heating with all the usual amenities at your fingertips.
You’ll find the open plan living and dining area a place to relax and recharge.
There is a TV for you hidden away or you can choose to just curl up on the couch in a sunbeam and read a good book.
The bedroom features a king size bed and is situated on the mezzanine level overlooking the surrounding countryside and living area.
Once you’re done relaxing, venture out the back gate for a bush walk, mountain bike ride or head into Bright to browse the local shops or just to have coffee and cake at one of our many amazing cafes.
If you decide to explore further the surrounding areas of Bright open themselves to a multitude of wineries, challenging bike trails, four-wheel driving, award winning pubs and outstanding views of the valleys from Mt Buffalo and surrounding hills.
The space
Way Out Wandi is located on a 15-acre property on a working farm.
The location is private and secluded.
The decking comes complete with deck chairs, coffee table and BBQ to take in the peace and quiet.
Other things to note
There is Wi-Fi available however it is satellite NBN so it does run slow or can be unreliable from time to time. Not such a bad thing to switch off from the modern comforts amongst such a beautiful property.
TV is also satellite TV so not all stations are available.
Heating and cooling are also provided with block out blinds to use when required

Way out Wandi is not suitable for pets and has a strict non-smoking policy.
