The cabin is smartly appointed with leather furniture, a fully equipped kitchen including stainless steel appliances and the mezzanine style bedroom that’s sits up above the main living space and boasts quality Bed Threads linen in the bedroom and bathroom.
Enjoy the Summer Months by our large 11-meter swimming pool with glorious views of the Ovens Valley and the Victorian Alps - please note the pool may be shared with guests of our Larger Home on the Estate.
In Winter enjoy the warmth of the Wood Fire with all firewood provided or the instant heat of the split system heater.
Along with relaxing on the deck or sitting by the pool you can wander around behind the property amongst the bushland, taking in the views of the Mount Buffalo Gorge.
For the more energetic, bring your bicycle and ride the Murray to the Mountains Rail Trail and ride into Bright or Myrtleford and beyond. The serious cyclist can ride the Mount Buffalo Ascent to the historic Chalet.

Outdoors
This unique cottage offers many natural attractions. Sitting at the top of the 50-acre farm, overlooking the beautiful Olive Grove. We bound the Mount Buffalo National Park and have the privilege of sharing our property with kangaroos, wombats, possums, and an amazing mix of native bird life including rosellas, wrens, robins, parrots and Wedge Tail Eagles.
The extensive estate is a heady mix of Australian Native scents and colours, combined with our famous Olive Grove.

Please note the Estate is also home to The Grove the main residence of the Private Estate, this space is a fully facilitated and separate to the cabin with all of its own private facilities and access.
The House can be booked to accommodate 8 additional people, why not bring a group of friends or extended family and have the entire Estate to yourself. If not booked by your group it will be rented by a separate party with the only shared space being the inground pool.
The space is strictly no smoking & NO parties
Pets are allowed but we do request that they refrain from roaming the grounds in respect to other guests.
LOCATION
A 10-minute drive takes you to the Lady's Bath and Eurobin waterfalls at the foot of Mount Buffalo, a further 20 minutes’ drive will take you to the top of the Mount Buffalo Plateau and one of the most stunning National Parks in Australia.
