TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.          Booking confirmation requirements:

  • Once an enquiry is made you have 5 business days to make a deposit and confirm your booking. All booking will only be confirmed once a deposit has been paid.

  • The final balance of your accommodation is to be paid no less than 14 days prior to your arrival.

  • For all bookings made within 14 days of the arrival date, FULL payment is required when making the booking.

 

2.        If you cancel or fail to use your holiday accommodation, a refund may be applicable.
if the accommodation is able to be rebooked for the same period or value.
(after deduction of administration fee)

In the event of any cancellations the following terms apply:

  • If a booking is cancelled 30 days prior to their arrival, a full refund will be issued.

  • If a booking is cancelled within 14-30 days prior to their arrival 50% of the total booking cost will be withheld.

  • Any cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival; 100% of the total booking cost will be held.


Unless the property is rebooked for the same time period or value. You will only be refunded provided that the above terms are met and the addition of an administration fee may occur.


COVID Note: With the recent restrictions in place we are working with guest on a case by case scenario.

Upcoming bookings that need to cancel, are given the option to reschedule, hold a credit or receive a voucher. However we are mindful of our limited availability therefore refunds are also being consider for those in need.

We are being as flexible as possible however request that guests are considerate in making early decisions to reduce risk.
