The original Provence rustic tiles, exposed timber beams and soon to be gas log fireplace are the features of the large living space. The furnishings and well thought out fittings are equally impressive, and despite its location this property provides a private feel, allowing you to relax and unwind.

You won’t miss any of the action whilst you enjoy cooking in the brand new fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, large gas stovetop and oven, outdoor service window and breakfast bar.

The ultimate entertainer’s delight, providing additional indoor and outdoor dining spaces complete with a barbecue, as well as three separate sitting spaces perfect to enjoy some of our local produce or perhaps a glass of the regions famous wines.

Winter time calls you, curling up on the leather lounge for an evening of relaxing, its moments like these that exemplifies what an indulgent country getaway is all about.

Whether you are looking at a friend’s weekend away, a family getaway or even two families; with 2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms and sleeping up to 8 people, this property provides all the necessities and more.

The four bedrooms include two queen size bedrooms and two King size bedrooms (both of which can be unzipped providing 4 singles – please advise of these requirements upon booking)

The property provides a third external bathroom perfect for showering after a long bike ride or swim down the river.

Walking through the garden to the banks of the Ovens River you can take the Farrington Walking Track to your left along the river to the main street or alternatively follow the famous Canyon Walk Track to your right and head towards picturesque Porepunkah (approx 5km).

A trip away at Farrington House is more than just lazing and indulging in the regions famous produce, there is plenty of adventure to be had too. Bring along your bike or perhaps your hiking shoes and head to one of the many tracks that Bright and its surrounds has to offer.
